Built differently. By design.
Clean Impact Co. is a Northern Rivers-based social enterprise delivering professional commercial cleaning. Built on Sistability's eight years of operational experience. Supported by Business NSW Regional Leaders. Designed to make the cleaning industry fairer, more local, and more accountable than what we'd all been settling for.
Three things we kept seeing.
Clean Impact Co. didn't come out of a strategy deck. It came out of eight years on the ground at Sistability — running services across NDIS, aged care and cleaning across the Northern Rivers — and noticing the same three things over and over.
The gap.
Most local businesses default to the cheapest cleaner, the biggest cleaner, or whoever they've always used. There was no third option in the Northern Rivers — a cleaner where doing business well and doing good were the same contract.
The proof.
Eight years of running Sistability proved the social enterprise operating model works at scale — across NDIS, aged care, support work, gardening and cleaning. Two hundred Northern Rivers community members served every year. Awards for employer of choice, diversity and inclusion. There was no reason that model couldn't work in commercial cleaning too.
The readiness.
The Northern Rivers is leading on impact-led business. Floods showed how this region bands together. Local businesses are increasingly asking sharper questions about how their everyday spend ripples outward. Clean Impact Co. exists because the region was ready for it — workers, community, and clients in one ecosystem, not three separate conversations.
A flywheel, not a favour.
Every contract funds the next round of local employment. That employment delivers a more reliable service. A more reliable service wins more clients. More clients mean more local jobs. No charity model. No grant dependency. Just a business that works better when it does more good.
Client pays for service.
A straightforward commercial contract at a market-competitive rate. No premium for impact. The cleaning has to be excellent regardless.
Revenue funds local jobs.
Award wages. Police-checked. Trained. Supported. No wage theft. No sham contracting. Every dollar of payroll lands in a Northern Rivers household.
Surplus flows back to the community.
Reinvested into Sistability — which already serves 200+ Northern Rivers community members each year through NDIS, aged care, support work, gardening and cleaning.
Evidence flows back to the client.
Annual impact report. SDG alignment. Procurement-ready documentation. Exactly what your board, your funders, and your sustainability team ask for.
Four things we don't compromise on.
The principles that decide what we ship, who we hire, how we spend, and what gets reported back to our clients.
Quality, no compromise.
Structured scopes. Clear accountability. No surprises. If it wouldn't pass a proper audit, we don't ship it. The cleaning has to be excellent before anything else matters.
People first.
Award wages. Police-checked. Trained. Supported. We treat our crew the way every workplace should — and we know first-hand what it costs when an employer doesn't. The floor, not the goal.
Local first.
100% Northern Rivers payroll, every shift. Cleaning products through Simply Clean — a local supplier. Regional-first procurement wherever a local option exists. Where the spend shapes the local economy, it stays here.
Ecosystem thinking.
Business, community, employees, environment — we don't treat them as separate things. The contract you sign is part of one connected system. We measure that. We report on that.
How we got here.
Clean Impact Co. didn't arrive fully formed. It's the result of years of operational learning under Sistability — refined service by service, year by year, until the cleaning model was ready to spin out as its own commercial offering.
Sistability founded.
Jade launches Sistability with cleaning services for NDIS participants across the Northern Rivers. The operating model that becomes Clean Impact Co. starts here.
First industry recognition.

Service portfolio expands.
Sistability extends into aged care cleaning and gardening — proving the model works across different client groups, complex environments, and service categories.
A defining year.

- Aged care coordination & support work added — extending Sistability further into the in-home services space.
- Selected as Business NSW Regional Leaders — Sistability and Clean Impact Co. recognised through the Northern Rivers chapter (end of 2025).
- Clean Impact Co. planning begins — the cleaning model gets formally separated and rebuilt for the commercial market.
Clean Impact Co. launches.
A spin-out of eight years of Sistability operations, focused entirely on commercial cleaning across the Northern Rivers — with annual impact reporting included with every contract from day one.
NowThe team behind the service.
A small team with a long operational track record. Every contract is led by people you can speak to directly — no call-centre handoffs, no faceless account managers.
Jade founded Sistability in 2018 and runs both businesses today. She leads Clean Impact Co.'s strategy, partnerships and impact reporting practice — and is the person who'll walk your site, write your proposal, and stay across your contract. Eight years of operational experience sits behind every quote she signs.
Nicole has spent five years at Sistability, evolving through multiple roles into the Services Manager seat she holds today. She runs client enquiries, manages the field team, and owns the schedule — the operational spine that keeps every shift on track. As CIC contracts come on board, she'll lead the day-to-day delivery side.
Trained, police-checked, paid the award, and supported to do their best work. The unglamorous but essential people who keep your environment functional — literally. As CIC takes on its first contracts, our crew expands to match. We hire people others overlook.
We hire people others overlook.
Commercial cleaning happens before and after the 9-to-5 — early mornings, late evenings, weekends. That works for a lot of people whose lives don't fit a standard work day: carers, workers returning after time out, people with disability or neurodivergence, parents needing flexibility, anyone re-entering after a long break. If any of that sounds like you — we'd like to hear from you.
You know our story. Now we'd like to know yours.
Request a quote, book a 30-minute site walkthrough, or just have a coffee with us. The first conversation is always about your site, not our pitch — and we'll only put a proposal together if there's a real fit on both sides.
