How quickly will you respond?
Within one business day, every time. We don't ghost. For quote requests, expect a phone call from Jade or Nicole to schedule a 30-minute walkthrough at your site — usually within two business days of your submission.
Do you service my area?
We work across the Northern Rivers — Byron Bay, Lennox Head, Ballina, Lismore, and everywhere in between. If you're at the edge of that area, ask anyway — we'll either confirm we can do it, or point you to someone who can. We don't sub out to operators outside the region.
Is there a minimum contract size?
No formal minimum. We work with single-site offices through to multi-site portfolios. Very small one-off scopes may not fit our model — but we'll tell you that during the walkthrough rather than pretending otherwise. Either way, the conversation is honest.
What happens after I submit a form?
For a quote request: we acknowledge within one business day, then book a 30-minute site walkthrough. After the visit, we review scope and staffing internally. If we can fulfil the job to your standards and ours, we send a tailored proposal via our electronic system. You review, ask questions, request adjustments — then sign off when you're ready.
For a tender enquiry: we acknowledge within one business day and request the tender brief. We respond with a tailored submission to your specified weighting criteria.
For a general enquiry: we get back to you within one business day with whatever answer you need.
Can we see a sample report or proposal before we commit?
Yes. We can share a sample annual impact report and a sample proposal layout on request — typically within one business day. We do this for two reasons: it shows you exactly what you'd be receiving, and it gives your board, finance, or sustainability team something to review before any contract gets signed. Just ask.
