Post-construction cleaning

Specialty cleaning for sites coming out of construction, renovation, or fit-out. Builders' clean, fine-detail clean, final handover clean — done to a standard that won't trigger snag lists, punch-backs, or end-of-lease disputes.

Onsite walkthrough

We come to your site to see how it actually runs. What's currently being cleaned, what's missing, what's working, what needs improving. We photograph the site and capture your existing scope of works as we go — no surprises later.

Scope and feasibility review

Back at the desk, we review the scope of works, staffing requirements, certifications and training needs, job times, access conditions and start dates. If we can fulfil the job to your standards and ours, we move forward. If we can't, we tell you — and where we can, we point you to someone who can.

Tailored proposal

We build a clean, easy-to-read electronic proposal. Options-based pricing where it makes sense — for example, do we supply consumables or do you? Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cost variations. Optional line items where they apply. Everything tied to actual requirements — no guesswork, no padding.

Review, refine, sign off

You review the proposal, ask questions, request adjustments. We walk through it via phone, email, or in person — whatever works for you. Quote additions can happen here. Once you're happy, you sign off.

Onboarding and ongoing review

After sign-off, we confirm start dates, build site-specific SOPs, and supply any required certificates of currency — insurance, public liability, the rest. Then ongoing: regular check-ins, structured quality monitoring, and an annual impact report included with every contract. Faster reporting cadence available on request.
