Team Leader

Lead cleaning teams on commercial and construction sites, drive a company vehicle, and be the on‑site representative for Clean Impact Co.

  • As a Team Leader / Supervisor, you’ll support cleaning teams across multiple sites, drive a Clean Impact Co. vehicle, manage equipment and supplies, complete quality checks, and help team members succeed at work.

    This role involves after-hours work, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

  • Employment Type: Casual / Part Time

    Work Hours: Most work takes place outside normal business hours (evenings, early mornings, weekends). Some roles may also include daytime work, such as construction or post-build cleaning.

    Your availability will be discussed with you before any work starts.

    • Driving a Clean Impact Co. supplied vehicle between work sites

    • Transporting and managing cleaning equipment and supplies

    • Leading and supporting cleaning staff on site

    • Ensuring work meets CIC standards

    • Supporting new staff during induction and training

    • Reporting issues, incidents, or supply needs

    • Current Australian driver’s licence (essential)

    • Availability for after-hours work

    • Confidence managing equipment and supporting others

    • Basic smartphone use for checklists and communication

    • Willingness to complete required background checks

  • Team Leaders are employed on a casual or part-time basis and paid in line with the Cleaning Services Award at a higher classification level.

    Indicative after-hours rates range from approximately $37–$39 per hour on weekdays, $46–$49 on Saturdays, and $60–$63 on Sundays, depending on classification and shift timing.

    A Clean Impact Co. vehicle is supplied for work purposes.

  • This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and supporting others in a team environment.

    A Clean Impact Co. vehicle is supplied for work purposes. A current Australian driver’s licence is required.

    Vehicle use and travel between sites is part of the role.

Field Team Member

Work as part of a team delivering professional cleaning services under the direction of a Team Leader.

  • As a Field Team Member, you’ll help deliver professional commercial cleaning services across a range of sites. This role suits people looking to enter or return to the workforce, including those who may face barriers to employment.

    Most work takes place outside normal business hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

  • Employment Type: Casual

    Your availability will be discussed with you before any work starts.

    • Completing cleaning tasks at commercial sites

    • Following safety, hygiene, and infection control procedures

    • Using cleaning equipment correctly

    • Taking care of client spaces and property

    • Letting your Team Leader know if there are any issues

    • Availability to work after hours

    • Willingness to learn and follow instructions

    • Ability to complete physical tasks (with support if required)

    • Reliability and care in your work

    • Willingness to complete required checks

  • Field Team Members are employed on a casual basis and paid in line with the Cleaning Services Award. Most work takes place after hours, which means higher penalty rates often apply.

    Indicative rates for after-hours work start from approximately $36 per hour on weekdays, $45 per hour on Saturdays, and $58 per hour on Sundays, with higher rates for public holidays. Exact rates are confirmed before work begins.

  • No formal cleaning experience is required. Training and on-the-job support are provided.

    You don’t need your own vehicle for this role. Our Team Leaders transport staff, equipment, and supplies to and from work sites.
