Careers at Clean Impact Co.

Clean Impact Co. (CIC) is a social enterprise providing professional commercial cleaning while creating inclusive employment opportunities in our local community.

We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to work in a safe, supportive environment — including people who may face barriers to employment, such as young people, older workers, people with disability, carers, and those returning to work after time away.

Our work primarily takes place outside normal business hours, and we provide training, support, and clear expectations so our team members can succeed.

If you’re reliable, willing to learn, and take pride in doing a good job, we’d love to hear from you.
