Our Impact

Three hand-drawn hearts outlined in light blue on a white torn paper background.

Every business decision has the power to create change.

Every decision, partnership, and cleaning hour contributes to measurable outcomes across Our People, Our Community, and Our Planet.

These are the pillars that guide our purpose and define what good business looks like in the Northern Rivers.

Our People

At Clean Impact Co., people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re building meaningful local jobs for those who often face barriers to employment, including parents returning to work, people with disabilities, and those rebuilding after hardship.

Our goal is simple: to provide secure, supported employment that builds confidence, skills, and community connection. When you choose Clean Impact Co., you’re helping create opportunities for real people, right here in the Northern Rivers.

Our Community

We believe strong communities start with connection. Clean Impact Co. reinvests part of our profits into community wellbeing through initiatives that support older Australians, people living alone, and those who need a hand getting back on their feet.

From free community clean-ups and donation drives to our Clean Start and advocacy programs, we’re helping people live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in the place they call home.

Our Planet

We believe that caring for our environment starts right here at home. We use 100% eco-friendly products and sustainable cleaning methods to keep toxic chemicals out of local waterways.

It’s a small action with a big ripple effect.

Every workspace we clean helps protect the ecosystems we all depend on, from our rainforests to our rivers, and the creatures that call them home.
