  • No. Clean Impact Co. focuses solely on commercial and community cleaning. Residential cleaning continues to be delivered through Sistability.

  • We service businesses, organisations, and community facilities across the Northern Rivers region, including Ballina, Lismore, Byron Bay, Lennox Head, and surrounding areas.

  • Yes. We use 100% eco-friendly cleaning products and sustainable methods. This helps prevent toxic chemicals from entering local waterways and supports our ongoing goal to divert waste from landfill.

  • Once you submit an EOI, our team will review your details and get in touch to discuss how we can collaborate. We’ll stay connected through our pre-launch updates until services officially begin in 2026.


  • Yes. With your permission, your organisation will be recognised on our website, in marketing materials, and in launch communications as one of our Founding Partners.

Getting Involved

  • We prioritise hiring people who often struggle to find secure work, such as parents returning to the workforce, people with disabilities, or those rebuilding after hardship. We provide training, wellbeing programs, and stable employment through our commercial cleaning contracts.

  • We measure our outcomes through clear, trackable data across Our People, Our Community, and Our Planet. These include employment rates, wages paid to marginalised workers, community hours donated, and environmental metrics such as chemical reduction and wildlife hospital contributions.
