Clean Impact Co. is the Northern Rivers' first social enterprise commercial cleaning company. We launch in 2026.
Here's the short version of why.
The cleaning industry has a lot of bad habits, and too many of them have been accepted for too long. Underpayment. Subcontracting chains. No accountability. Clean Impact Co. was built to do things differently — reliable cleaning, fair local jobs, and reporting that actually shows where the money is going.
Who we are
CIC is a spin-out of Sistability, the social enterprise founded by our CEO & Founder, Jade Taylor, and run across the Northern Rivers for years. Sistability has seen up close how bad the cleaning industry can be for the people working in it — and how little that shows up on most organisations' ESG reports.
So we built something different.
What makes us different
We're not a franchise. We're not a labour-hire agency with a new logo. We're a certified social enterprise. That means the work we do feeds straight back into the community.
In practice:
• Every team member paid at or above the Cleaning Services Award (MA000022). All PAYG. No contracting out. No wage games.
• Every team member screened — Police Check, plus NDIS or Working With Children where the site requires it.
• Every team member lives and works in the Northern Rivers. No subcontracting out of the region.
• Every client has the option of an annual Community Impact Report, so it's clear what your cleaning spend actually supported — not just that the site got cleaned. (Quarterly or bi-annual reporting available if you specifically need it.)
Who we're for
Businesses, clubs, schools, councils, community organisations — anyone across the Northern Rivers who wants their cleaning done properly, by a local team, with a paper trail that means something.
